Records show only the registration plate and the work carried out. No garage names, no owner details — just verified mechanical history.
Every garage must provide their UK Companies House number when applying. We verify they are a legitimate registered business before approving their account.
A vehicle with a full VSH history is easier to sell and commands a higher price. Buyers can verify what they're purchasing before they commit.
A paper service book can be lost, damaged, or forged. VSH records are permanent, tamper-proof, and searchable by anyone in seconds.
VSH is currently unable to include vehicles with personalised registration plates. We are working hard to link personalised plates to the vehicle chassis so that history follows the car — not the plate. We hope to launch this feature very soon.
We're building the future of vehicle service history. Here's what's coming:
Connect your Garage Management System directly to VSH — no manual entry, no extra admin.
Service records pushed directly from your invoices — making every upload even more credible and tamper-proof.
A blue tick on a record means it was uploaded directly from an invoice — the highest level of credibility.
